To provide affordable housing to low income families, senior citizens and special needs groups, always producing economic development in our communities.

Goals

1. Obtain, develop, rehabilitate, manage, and sell affordable housing.
2. Promote homeownership.
3. Provide Homeownership counseling, down payment and closing cost assistance programs.
4. Execute community based marketing.
5. Create job opportunities.

Success

• Over 100 families served each year.
• More than 150 properties rehabilitated and sold to families in our communities.
• Revitalization and economic improvement to the many communities we serve throughout Los Angeles County.
